From the South:

Take I-93 North to Exit 20, Tilton. Turn left off ramp onto Route 3 North. Travel approximately 10 minutes on Route 3 north and then bear right onto the Laconia By-Pass (just past the Belknap Mall). Go to the end of the by-pass, bear right off of the ramp (near airport) continuing on Route 3 north. Travel approx. 1/4 mile and bear right on Route 3 north (Shaw’s Supermarket on corner). Follow Route 3 north for along Paugus Bay for 1.0 mile to Evergreen Condos on the right. Follow driveway up and make a left onto Shane Way then make a right onto Sullivan Way. Second building on right, unit #5.
